At Vodafone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new technology. If your device or accessory isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item remains in its original, unopened condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vodafone account or visit our online returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the device in its original packaging including all chargers, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Vodafone retail store.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
